What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I enjoy the people. I think you'll consistently hear a message from me about my role and my style. I enjoy watching people grow their careers.

I enjoy people solving hard problems. One of the things I really challenge our employees with is delayed gratification, but also the gratification you get when you do something you didn't think you could do. I work with them to really push their brand boundaries of what they think is capable.

I love working with our clients and being able to be front and center, listening to them, listening to the impact our product is having, and how it's really helping them solve their business problems. That's really what drives me every day.

Most importantly, it's just working with awesome people. I will say hiring is the most important thing any organization can do, because those are the people you're going to be working with every single day.
