What I enjoy the most are definitely the people I work with and the people I get to talk to every day. I have a great team, and the company I work at right now is a very unique agency.
Everyone there is very supportive of each other. It's not cutthroat competition; it's more of an environment of support, which is really encouraging.
Recruitment can be a roller coaster with its ups and downs. So, it's great to have that network to support you.
Also, I get to talk to people who know how to do things I don't, or experts in their fields. I get to pick their brains and learn about different things.
Sometimes I walk away from a conversation thinking, "Wow, that was super insightful." These are things I'll take with me. So, definitely the people.
