The biggest challenge is that there are just so many ups and downs. It's kind of a roller coaster.

There are things completely outside your control. It can be frustrating when things don't work out. For example, the economy is being super weird, and that's affecting our clients' businesses.

Therefore, it affects what we're doing and what we're able to achieve. There are months that are rough, and then there are months where it's really good.

Having the perseverance to stick through that and trust the process is essential, but it can be tough at times for sure.
