What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
I go back to helping people. One of the things I was searching for when I took the job as a recruiter was a company where I felt like I was having a positive impact.
I wanted to be proud of the work that I was doing. We just had a company event this week where we watched interviews with job seekers.
They were customers using our product to find jobs, and it's neat to hear about the impact we can have in people's lives.
