How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

I'm definitely trying to get there. Looking at the people around me at my company, there are definitely people who are really willing to talk to others and are very driven to always talk to people, whether it's on the phone or face-to-face. They're not afraid to communicate.

That's something I really want to develop as well: just being unafraid to get people on the phone or talk to them face-to-face and have that communication. That creates the personable experience everyone wants but is sometimes afraid of for some reason.

So I would say becoming a person who isn't afraid to talk to people is a key goal. I feel like we all tend to huddle in and get nervous about doing so.
