What are your main responsibilities within your role?
My main responsibilities vary daily, but I'd say it's pretty half and half between the customer experience side and sales. I take care of a lot of corporate sales.
My team's main task is sending out brochures to different brands that might be interested in ordering from us for their company or clients. We have clients ranging from Louis Vuitton to hotels here in New York, like The Plaza.
At the same time, I work on customer experience. I help respond to customers who have problems with their online orders. Customer service can be hard, but I have experience from working in retail and at a coffee shop.
That experience has helped me understand customers and what people are looking for.
