What does a day in the life of a sales and customer experience coordinator look like?

It's a lot of emails and answering them. I try to answer emails very quickly and I pride myself on it.

As soon as I see something going wrong, I try to address it as soon as possible. It's a lot of answering emails, customer complaints, or customer inquiries about their order status and tracking.

I also help customers with questions about the store, inquiring about our options. We have the restaurant, the e-commerce website, and stores around the world. It's a lot of things coming together.

Sometimes I have to search for an answer for 20 minutes, but I'm usually answering questions. So, it's a lot of emails.

I also place orders for customers, corporate clients, or regular customers who want something different than what's on the website. It's just a lot of answering emails, but it's fun, and I love making people's day through it.
