What is your biggest challenge in your role?

My biggest challenge, as I've mentioned before, is definitely when things go wrong with customers. Unfortunately, it happens, and I always try my best to prevent it. I double-check everything to ensure it's perfect for our customers.

However, sometimes things don't go according to plan. When that happens, it can feel entirely like your fault, even though that's not always the case. I'd say that's my biggest challenge: remembering that it's not the end of the world and that not everything is your responsibility.

It's about moving past those feelings and focusing on finding the best solution. The goal is to still create the best possible experience for the customer, even if there was an initial issue. We want to make it as easy and seamless as possible for them, and for ourselves too.
