How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

Very professional, respectful, and supportive. My boss supports our growth. She encourages us to ask questions and to take an interest in new things.

Most bosses might want you to stay in your current entry-level position. But my boss is very supportive of growth. She encourages us.

If you're looking at another position, she doesn't question why you want to leave. She's very supportive of growth. They also give you advice on how to achieve your goals.

They’ll tell you what skills you need for a particular role and introduce you to people who work in that area. So far, everyone has been very respectful.

When I first started, they would correct my mistakes and show me how to do things correctly next time. They never called me out for making errors. They are very supportive.

It's a very relaxed environment. I think to be successful, you just need to have a positive vibe.
