What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge would be the research. Sometimes, certain companies like Hallmark will send us a bunch of movies to upload into the system.
Before we do that, we have to check that all the information is accurate. We have to check that the director, the casting, the release dates, and the synopsis are correct.
The hard part is when it's a movie that's not very popular, or when it's a movie that nobody really knows about. Sometimes we get movies like that.
The hard part would be going online and trying to research it. If it's not a popular movie, there are not a lot of sources for it. So, that can be challenging.
But, yes, I think that's the most challenging part.
