What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
My favorite thing about my current role is definitely its dynamic nature. As I mentioned earlier, no two days are the same.
I also enjoy consistently making new connections with employers while helping students find meaningful opportunities. These opportunities support their aspirations and professional development goals.
This helps me find a sense of fulfillment and purpose in my day-to-day work. Being able to grow my connections and learn something new every day keeps me motivated.
I've always wanted to work at UCLA for the rest of my career, especially now that I'm doing my MBA there. Knowing how many different pathways there are for career development makes it an amazing place to work.
It's a great opportunity to grow and develop yourself in a dynamic environment.
