What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?

One of the things that holds us back a lot is fear. I was supposed to start this dream 18 years ago.

I'm grateful for the journey that led me here, but I wish I hadn't been scared back then. Fear was what held me back.

Still, I always like to see the positive in that. I gained corporate experience, had great mentors, and saw things from a different perspective. Now, I can offer that to my clients based on my experience.

Whatever is in your heart will come to be true at its right time. Don't follow your fear; follow your passion.
