How would you describe people who typically thrive in your industry?
I've had the pleasure to work with so many different mentors at all the corporations that I worked with. I've worked with professionals in this industry who have passion.
You have to have passion for it; you have to love it, and you have to enjoy it. If you have someone who doesn't enjoy this, they're going to get bored and won't feel satisfied at the end of the day. So, passion is one thing.
Dedication, commitment, and time management are also important. You have to be able to manage your time, or you're going to bury yourself. But passion would be number one for me.
