What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
My biggest challenge is that we service small clients, and some of them are set in their ways. They hire us because they want our advice and help, but then when we try to help them, they don't want to be helped.
At the end of the day, they know we're always trying to do what's best for their business, and they will comply. But there's a small struggle that can sometimes feel heavy, especially with certain clients. I think that's the only challenge we're experiencing right now.
