What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I love going to work every day and knowing that I'm contributing to a world I want to belong to. It's a world where people have access to open and green spaces, and receive awesome education about the natural world.
I also love that these spaces inspire people and contribute to their mental health and well-being. That's what I love about my job.
I also love the people I work with. Everyone in the nonprofit world is compassionate rather than competitive, and we work collaboratively most of the time.
I feel really fortunate to work in this environment and do something I care so much about. That's my favorite part.
