What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I like the flexibility. I have complete autonomy in my job. If I perform and make my numbers, great. If I don't, then I don't.
I don't have any nannies looking over my shoulder asking for call reports or where I've been. My bosses essentially give me full autonomy to get my job done and do it right. If I don't make the sales, then we have another conversation.
I like the flexibility that it's had. I've never worked in an office environment in my entire career, and I want to keep it that way.
