What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
I think the software tech world offers two things that I enjoy. First, I really enjoy working with some of the smartest people out there.
What I've found about engineers in general is that they're always interested in problems and thinking about how to solve them. That growth mindset, that anything is possible mindset, is really fun to be around and inspiring.
The other thing I really enjoy is the culture of eternal learning. Nothing is static. It's not slow or stodgy. Sometimes it's almost too fast.
Another mantra I have with many colleagues is that it's never boring. You're never bored, and I love that.
