What do you enjoy the most about being in your industry?

I'll answer this question in terms of being in tech in general, which is my industry. I think tech sales fall into that as well.

Especially over the past many years, as software has become so prevalent in our lives, it's incredible how much you're impacting people just by being a part of what goes on in technology. I really enjoy the innovation.

On the personal side, I've loved working in tech and tech sales specifically because I've always had really good health insurance benefits. My pay has always been competitive for the areas I've lived in.

I've lived in San Diego and San Francisco and felt it's been easy for me to live a good life and be compensated for the work I'm doing. Tech in general really lends itself to bringing your whole self to work.

There are good companies and bad companies, but for the majority of tech companies, I feel they're passionate about supporting their employees. They allow for work-life balance and are interested in making their company the best place to work because they need to be competitive. I've felt that as an employee and benefited from it a lot.
