What do you enjoy most about being a Recruitment Communications Manager?
No two days are the same. I might go into a Monday thinking I'm going to write three emails and that's all I'll do today. Turns out we broke Gmail, and I now have to figure out how to fix the technology.
Or our whole server is down, and we can't access Canvas. We then have to come up with a new way to create the image we want to post on social media. You're always on your toes.
For me, this is a pretty new role. I haven't held a recruitment role before, so I'm also constantly learning and growing in this position. Each challenge is a new opportunity to learn something.
