What do you enjoy most about being in the education industry?
We're not only in the education industry. We run summer camps specifically. While we're looking to expand into year-round opportunities, that is our main focus, and it has been since Galileo started.
The one thing I love is the fulfillment we bring to the families we serve. It's great to see a camper work on a project they probably never would have dreamed of doing before. You also see the big smile they get when they play a new game, sing a new song, or pie a staffer in the face.
Knowing that we have changed those campers' lives is so rewarding. We've helped them become better innovators and supported their growth, whatever that may look like for them. I find it incredibly fulfilling.
