What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?

This is a gentleman called Serial Srinivasan. He joined as the chairman for Stockroom Meteris Group.

He did a town hall the day he joined, and his first line really left a great impact on me. His first line was, "You are as good as of today."

This phrase is beautiful. We cannot live on past laurels; we have to perform each day and ensure that we are doing better than yesterday. This line actually helped me be better.
