What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
Ten years ago, I started this company. I'm a co-founder of a digital marketing company here in India.
Today, we have about 180 people. We've grown very fast over the past decade, working with some of the best customers in our country and also some global customers.
My role has changed with the evolution of the organization. Initially, it was all about setting it up. Today, it's about managing investors and finances, ensuring we continue to deliver on our promises to our customers, and devising new strategies for growth.
