A large part of my day goes into reviews, sitting with both internal and external teams. We ensure that we're reviewing each and every aspect of the business.
This includes financial planning and financial reviews, as well as strategic reviews for each customer or service-led growth plans. Two key sets of reviews take up about 80% of this time, with planning taking about 20%.
