Definitely ask questions. A lot of them, and don't be afraid of what people may think. I think it has held me back in the past where I was afraid to ask questions just because I felt like I was new and maybe I was too nervous to ask.
It doesn't matter because it will help you get your job done. So I'm trying to apply that now as I start my new job, so definitely don't be afraid to ask questions.
