What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

The thing I love most is being able to carry out research with people. For me, my job is to design studies, or my main purpose is to talk to people, to sit with them and learn about their perspectives.

That's something that has followed from my undergraduate studies. It was what drove me to major in Spanish as well. The idea that learning to speak another language opens up a whole world of experience and stories that I didn't have access to before.

And that's exactly what I'm doing when I'm designing a research study. It's opening up a new perspective that I didn't have before. Getting to talk with people is what I love. So, it's an industry built around that, which is great.
