What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
As a filmmaker, I love making films. I love the process of filmmaking, and I love going to theaters.
I love sitting in a dark room and experiencing that communal feeling of enjoying a film, and I love doing that at home too. I enjoy being creative within the filmmaking process.
I love working with talented people and creating something from nothing. I love the idea of making something that can have an impact and help others.
While not all narrative films achieve this, documentaries especially have the ability to truly help people. I believe that's a significant aspect. So, I love all these things about film, and that's what truly brings me joy.
