What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

What I love is that AI is happening. It's not just a buzzword anymore; while there were hints of deep implementation in remote, big company data centers 10 or 20 years ago, now AI is touching every job and every industry.

Even industries like construction, which used to consider themselves very physical, are impacted. Their back offices, scheduling, supply chains, and payroll can all be touched by adopting technology.

I love that we are super relevant. There is a giant wind in our sails to help our customers adopt this. Many of them are not tech-forward and look to us as leaders to advise them on how to adopt AI and move forward.

I love that we can give them bite-sized chunks of work. We don't operate like a giant consulting firm that starts with a multimillion-dollar retainer.
