What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I'm going to tell you the biggest challenge for any entrepreneur in any industry will always be collections. No one likes the task of collecting from clients, and hiring professionals is another challenge.
There is a shortage in the industry, and hiring is also one of the big issues right now because of this shortage. With the older generation moving into retirement, there aren't enough people to replace them.
Now we're facing some bigger issues with AI and distributing work to foreign businesses. A lot of changes are coming.
