As someone who identifies as a white male, how has that impacted how you navigate your career?
I recognize that I come from multi-generational living in the US and have certain privileges given just where I'm coming from. This has made me particularly mindful about being inclusive and recognizing some of the struggles, backgrounds, and blind spots that I may hold, as well as what other people are dealing with.
This has helped me to understand people better and empathize more effectively. I believe it has also made me a better coworker and teammate to different team members as I've grown throughout my career.
