What does a day in the life of a senior consultant look like?
Most of my projects begin with a few conversations with the client. I interview different stakeholders within the client company to understand their initiative.
Then, I speak with subject matter experts at my company and through our professional network. This helps me gauge market opinions on the issue we aim to solve.
I also lead a team of analysts to conduct research and analyze data requested from the company. We develop hypotheses for the project and then validate and implement those processes and ideas.
