What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
I really enjoy working with information, working with data a lot. You get to see and really understand what the organization is doing.
A lot of the information is flowing through the group, and we're helping the organization use that information to be more effective, improve the customer experience, increase revenues, and things like that.
I think being at the center of information really helps you understand how the organization functions, and I think that's rewarding. It's being able to understand why your organization is doing what it's doing, and then being able to contribute and make recommendations in different areas.
