Transcript

As someone who identifies as a woman in consulting, how has that impacted how you've navigated your career?

First, I think the opportunity of being a woman who also needs to identify herself as fully present in her household. I'm probably not a full-time mom because I do have a dog, but you also have responsibilities.

I think that the famous balance has been really difficult for me. But I think it's very, very important to set boundaries in general. Also, never forget about yourself as a person and dedicate some quality time to you.

That is very important to merge those two roles, not only being a woman because you want to be present and have societies requesting tons of you. But also to be the correct leader and consultant. You should be able to demonstrate that you are capable.

But not always forget about yourself. It's always important to put yourself first.
