What do you enjoy most about being in your role?

With my current team and role, the things I enjoy most are the people I work with. There are many knowledgeable and talented people on my team.

Anytime I have a question, they are always so helpful in bringing me up to speed and giving me additional context. Plus, they are all really fun to hang out with during our offsites.

On a more personal level, the whole reason my career path went the way it did is because I graduated from gaming and simulation in 2015. Right after that, I pursued a graduate degree in instructional technology.

I really enjoy making interactive experiences that help you learn something, whether that's a game or a medium like VR or 360 video. These make the experience of learning more interactive and engaging.

What I like a lot about my current role is that I get to experience both the coding and the learning sides of it at the same time.
