What does a day in the life of a learning technology support engineer look like?
A typical day in my role involves one of five things. A lot of time is spent reviewing errors reported from the field about issues with the website. This also includes potential improvement suggestions from field staff and leaders.
My team manages the publication of all the content we produce. The content creators write the material, and my team controls the modalities through which it gets published. We own that process.
A typical day involves making updates to these publications. Over the last year, I've spent a significant amount of my time working on updates to our 360 and VR experiences.
More recently, I've been managing a team of SDS and various analysts. Most of my day is spent in meetings with end users, stakeholders, and other interested parties. We discuss improvements to the platform or potential integrations that could make the end-user experience easier.
