What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What I definitely enjoy the most is the creativity aspect. I'm very lucky to work with a super awesome team.
I went in, and there was no micromanaging or handholding. There was just a lot of trust from the get-go that I could do the work they do here. Having had experience working within corporate branding restraints before, it was awesome to jump in and figure things out myself.
Having the free rein and the trust from my team to execute on these projects was great. They also trusted me to be detail-oriented enough not to make small mistakes that they'd have to double-check.
I think that is my favorite part. My other favorite part was my team; they were so awesome. Everyone there is awesome and honestly so nice.
I think that trust we had for each other, as coworkers and friends, but also within projects, was really good for me.
