What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
I think it's being able to work with a variety of experts. I work with consultants, coaches, people who are really good at what they do, and I'm really good at what I do.
Being able to see someone else's passion, their unique twist on things – there are a ton of business consultants out there, but everyone has figured out their own unique way that works. They find people to pay them tons of money for their specific way of doing things.
I've seen golf course maintenance consultants and potty training consultants. There are also psychological safety coaches; there's such a variety.
Even though I'm in my industry, I get to go into other people's industries and really learn what it's like for them and what they do. I need all of that to inform how I draft the contract and make sure they're fully covered.
It's really about getting a variety of insight into people's industries and how they put their unique twist on things. That's what I love about it most.
