Transcript

How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

I would describe people as thoughtful, operational, and data-driven. Some industries might be more focused on data and performance.

I tend to be more creative. That's something I always think about, especially when considering my career.

I take industry into account, but I more so consider my role and the people I'm surrounding myself with. I ask myself if the industry is interesting to me, even if I know nothing about it.

Is this role important and will it help me learn and continue on the career path I enjoy with the right team? That's what I focus on personally. I think that's the important skill set differentiator versus industry.
