What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I would say the ability to have a really strong impact on the business. Depending upon what size of company or organization you're a part of, this can vary in your career.

In a larger company, you might have a smaller impact, but it might still feel great. In a smaller company, you might have a larger impact, even in a smaller role.

I think that's a really sweet spot that you can find, depending upon what you're looking for. For me, it's being able to be deep within the executives, know what's going on at the forefront of our company, and work with really smart people who might not all have the same background. Every day is just a little bit different to keep me on my toes.
