What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

I'll answer in two ways. My biggest challenge within my current role, specifically within my business, is always trying to do more and get more out of fewer resources. I think that's a common theme that a lot of people will experience throughout their career, so I'm not unique in that, per se.

The other challenge, from a different point of view, is just reminding yourself that you are where you're supposed to be. Imposter syndrome can be very real and a lot of people can experience that.

But it's also where you'll grow the most when you have the most confidence and are willing to make mistakes and learn from them. So, I encourage everyone to dive in. It can be scary, but really rewarding.
