What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
I would say there are a lot of responsibilities, but I think to encompass everything I do, I basically manage the relationship between the company or clients that I work for. As a recruiter, we're obviously talking to a lot of people.
So I'm managing the candidate relationship and also managing the business relationships. Since I can hire for a lot of different parts of a company, it's kind of balancing the best of both worlds, and making sure that candidates just have a really good experience.
Job hunting's already tough enough. My role is to just make it as seamless as possible, as empathetic as it can be, and just as smooth as it can be 'cause it's already tough. So I'd say that.
