Could you walk me through your career path, starting with your experiences in college? Do you have any internships or jobs you had before your current role?
My career path is a little atypical. I originally studied neuroscience, thinking I was going to pursue that field in behavioral studies.
I applied to grad school, only to figure out that was not what I wanted to do. I had some really great mentors throughout college; I think that was the most pivotal part of my experience.
That ultimately led me to pivot over to statistics, and I used that transition to get into data analytics. I eventually found my way into tech recruiting, all through the power of having the right relationships and expanding my mindset. That honestly set me up for where I am now.
