What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
My biggest challenge is that I didn't originally go to college for accounting. I've kind of had to learn it on my own.
This is really tough in accounting because there are a lot of rules and regulations you have to abide by. If you don't know those, it can be an issue.
So, it's very important to go to college for an accounting role.
