How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
So, consulting, or technology consulting in India. Some of them are pretty standard things. You really have to be self-motivated and want to learn.
In the industry I'm in, both technology consulting and media entertainment, there's a lot of change going on. Being open to learning and enthusiastic about it is something that really makes you successful.
The second thing is being able to think creatively. We get to solve business problems in a creative way. Bringing that creativity with you, whatever it takes to put you in that space where you can be creative.
