What skills are most important for a job like yours?
These skills, I always say this to people: I think everything I've done so far prepared me for where I am today. Every skill helps.
There are a lot of skills, for example, communication and general management skills. Knowing how to work with people at all levels is really important.
Being organized is also very important. I'm involved in a lot of different things all the time, so just making sure I'm keeping track of my team members and their projects is key.
This includes whether their projects are successful, not successful, or if they have any issues I need to focus on. So, organized communication, and the ability to be in the details while always being aware of the big picture, are essential.
