What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I was thinking about this. I'm not really sure, and I think all the challenges are just challenges that we've given ourselves. We're a growing company, so it's about being aware of where we want to go with the practice and our projects.
It's always about focusing on what will get us to the next level. I know that's a challenge, but it's a good challenge, as opposed to a bad one.
I don't know that there are any real challenges in my job. I think consulting in general has challenges that come with being able to resource projects properly and all of that. But those are just everyday things. I don't consider those big obstacles or challenges in my life.
