What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
Giving back to the community and strengthening it is important. Also, as I mentioned, helping people find a sense of purpose and be a part of the bigger picture is key. We are really trying to close the gap and solve problems in our community.
My personal mission is family and children, and that's an alignment with every organization I've worked for. I wholeheartedly believe that if people had the support they need, they would be able to fly with their full potential. That gives me a lot of enjoyment.
