What is your biggest challenge in your role?
External factors definitely impact giving. When bigger things are happening in our community, country, and the world, it affects donations.
This can be hard to navigate. You can have the best plan and team, but an external factor, like COVID, can derail it.
You then have to reformulate everything and try to get everyone back on track, which takes time. It also affects the numbers.
