How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
I think it's twofold. You definitely need a passion for what we're focused on. Entertainment needs to be a strong piece of who you are, and something that you truly love and want to keep up with.
It can be a really challenging industry. It can face a lot of issues, like layoffs and changes within the industry. Those things are difficult. So, to thrive in it, it's having a passion for it and accepting that change might come, but still being willing to move with that change.
Additionally, I think you have to be really hungry in this industry to work your way to the top, so to speak. There has to be a certain level of hunger and not just comfort. It's not easy to climb a ladder in an industry like this, as I'm sure a lot of people know.
However, if you have both passion and hunger for it, those are people who find the most success.
