How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

I think, given how big the industry is, all sorts of people can find their place. I've had coworkers who were really good at analysis and building strong presentations. They were truly great at that.

I've also known people who are skilled at managing clients. They know how to empathize and understand what a client needs. And I've even encountered individuals who excel at both.

So, I don't think there's a typical mold for success in this field. People come in with diverse skills.

I do believe some traits are generally beneficial across the board. If you're adaptable and sociable, those qualities typically help you thrive in the industry.
