What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

The two things I enjoy most about my current role are, first, as a consultant in general. I've always felt a lot of autonomy, and I thrive in situations where I can figure out how I want to get things done. I really enjoy that.

The other thing I've enjoyed more in my most recent role as a senior consultant is the opportunity to invest in others. At least at my company, once you're a senior consultant, you can start leading teams a bit more. You're more involved in delegating and managing teams.

So, being able to invest in my teammates was something I really enjoyed.
